Surroundings
From Casa Pau, if we follow the watercourse, we will get into natural reserves which are excellent for hiking. Apart from the walking trips, in the town of Pla de Santa María we can visit the following places:
- Sant Ramon's Church: Romanesque building built in the early 13th century and was declared a listed building in 1951. The building has a single nave and a semicircular apse. It is famous for its imposing entrance with eight columns on each side.
- Santa María's Church: Baroque building. The current parish church was built in 1777. It has three naves and it is dominated by a big dome and a square-shaped bell tower.
